• The product must be returned in the original packaging without any additional taping or damage to the box. 

• Refunds are not applicable to engraved or customized orders.

 

Return Process:

• Send your return via TCS or Leopards Courier.

• Properly pack the product and include your name and order number with the package.

• Return the package to our warehouse at the address provided.

 

Refund Details:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

• The refund will be issued online to your account. You will get the refund in 2-4 days.
